I’m a Leadership Strategist and founder of Choose to Lead. For almost two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of talent and leadership: identifying high-potential individuals and building the systems to grow them into influential leaders. I’m an ICF-accredited coach (ACC) and hold iPEC certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
I’ve mentored and scaled dozens of people through the “individual contributor to leader” pivot, helping them dismantle execution-only habits and master the art of influence.Â
